RECYTEK is positioned on professional IT, telecom and electronic equipment. Some categories are handled on a project basis after assessment.

Normally accepted

Professional and enterprise electronic equipment across the categories below.

  • IT equipment: PCs, laptops, workstations, thin clients, peripherals
  • Servers, storage arrays, disk shelves, racks and data centre hardware
  • Networking equipment, including optical modules and line cards
  • Telecom equipment and equipment-room hardware
  • Professional and industrial electronics, boards, PCBs and components
  • Cables and accessories, copper and fibre

Handled on project assessment

These categories can be handled, but require qualification before a collection is arranged.

  • UPS equipment
  • CRT equipment
  • Test and measurement equipment
  • Large or complex installed systems

Not currently marketed as accepted

The following are not part of the current service offer. Contact RECYTEK if your project involves them, so the correct route can be discussed rather than assumed.

  • Loose or standalone batteries — note that UPS handling does not imply standalone battery acceptance
  • Lamps and fluorescent lamps
  • Refrigeration and cooling appliances
  • Toner and consumables
  • Contaminated medical equipment
